Vegan Food List
Vegan Food List

This vegan food list is designed to promote healing of the body through the consumption of non-hybrid alkaline plant foods. A vegan diet has been shown in numerous studies[1][2][3][4][5][6] to support health and vitality and reduce risk of heart disease.

This vegan food list excludes the consumption of meat, which includes processed meat and red meat that the World Health Organization has classified as “carcinogenic to humans” and “probably carcinogenic to humans.”

The vegan food list also excludes the consumption of diary and processed foods. The factory-farming of cows introduces disease into cow’s milk that when consumed causes a chronic mucus producing inflammatory process in the body[7][8] and it also disrupts natural hormonal development.[9] The consumption of processed foods is also problematic and undermines health.[10]

To protect your health it is vitally important to eat a diet high in vegan foods to reduce the consumption of pathogen and toxin laden meat, dairy, processed foods, or better yet and just adopt a whole food plant-based diet.

This vegan food list is derived from the nutritional guide based on the methodology of Dr. Sebi.
