Understand And Block Cellphone, Wireless, Microwave, EMR, EMF, EF, RF Radiation

What is EMF?
EMF was a little confusing to me until I sorted it out. EMF (electromagnetic frequency) is often used interchangeably with EMR (electro magnetic radiation) to refer to all forms electromagnetic radiation on the electromagnetic spectrum.
This is fine except it can become a bit confusing when you start testing for EMR. Testers can test for EMF, EF (electrical fields), and also RF (radio frequency).
For testing purposes EMF refers to the lower frequency EMR that power lines, appliances, and wiring give off.
EF refers to the force on an electric charge. EMF, EF, and RF, are all forms of electromagnetic radiation.
RF refers to the higher frequency radio waves that also exist in the electromagnetic spectrum.
When speaking of electromagnetic radiation in general, people often use the more user friendly term, electromagnetic frequency (EMF). I guess because the term radiation may scare the general population.
There are various forms of EMR (EMF, EF, RF) which are categorized by the strength of their frequency, called hertz.
Radiation with longer wavelengths contain less hertz, and are low-frequency waves. The less the hertz, the weaker the radiation.
Electromagnetic waves with shorter wavelengths contain more hertz, are high-frequency electromagnetic waves, and can cause more damage to cells.
EMR Hertz
Hertz (Hz) is categorized in groups[1]:
Kilohertz (Khz): 1000 hertz 103 Hz
Megahertz (MHz): 1,000,000 Hz 106 Hz
Gigahertz (GHz): 1,000,000,000 Hz 109 Hz
Terahertz (THz): 1,000,000,000,000 Hz 1012 Hz
Petahertz (PHz): 1,000,000,000,000,000 Hz 1015 Hz
Exahertz (EHz): 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 Hz 1018 Hz
Zettahertz (ZHz): 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Hz 1021 Hz
Yottahertz (YHz): 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Hz 1024 Hz

Scientist classify radiation as either non-ionizing radiation or ionizing radiation. They consider non-ionizing radiation to be harmless.
Non-ionizing radiation are lower frequency radiation, compared to the high-frequency ionizing radiation illustrated below.
Ionizing radiation is naturally harmful because it breaks down the molecular bonds of cells.

Types of Radiation on the EM Spectrum
Static electricity and magnetic fields (DC) – 0 Hz
Alternating electric and magnetic fields (AC) – power lines – 60 Hz
Radio frequency radiation (RF) – radios ,TVs, wireless routers, microwave ovens, cellphones, Bluetooth – 30 Hz -300 GHz
Infrared radiation – 430 THz
Visible light – sunlight – 430–770 THz
Ultraviolet radiation – sun UV – 770 THz
X-rays – Medical X-Rays – 30 PHz
Gamma Rays – Radioactive sources – 30 EHz
Cosmic Rays – 30 ZHz
