Dr. Sebi explained in the video that natural plants optimally support the electricity our bodies need to support health and vitality.

He spoke about quinoa, teff, and fonio. He also spoke about natural leafy greens like lambs quarters and dandelion.

Dr. Sebi put together his nutritional guide from the most healthy supporting plants, which are natural plants that grow in the wild.

Because he understand the smaller selection would be limiting for many people, so he included the least detrimental plants though they were typically all man-made.

He excluded highly detrimental acidic plant foods like garlic and highly starchy foods like white potatoes.
