Herbs and Superfoods Purify the Blood

When you detoxify and purify the blood you remove toxins, fungus, bacteria, and viruses from the bloodstream.

You accomplish this by cleaning and strengthening the liver, which helps the liver to more effectively remove fungus, bacteria, viruses, and toxins from the blood.

Cleaning the kidneys also helps it to more effectively remove waste from the body. You use herbs and super-foods to saturate the body with nutrients and phytonutrients that support the the metabolic functions of the liver and kidneys to restore their health.

The phytonutrients in the herbs and superfoods support the immune system by binding with pathogens and toxins to neutralize them and remove then from the body.

Herbs And Foods Used To The Purify Blood

Herbalists have used the herbs listed below as part of herbal remedies for centuries to purify blood naturally.

Always remember herbs have medicinal properties, even though they are natural plants. You should respect them and take them in their prescribed doses.

You should consult with a health care provider if you are concerned how the herbs will interact with your body.

You need to take more precaution with taking certain herbs during pregnancy, and if you are pregnant or nursing you should consult with your health care provider before taking herbs to purify blood.

Burdock Root

Burdock root’s compounds strengthen the liver, and is a diuretic that forces urination to help the kidneys remove toxins from the body.

Cilantro

Dandelion

Dandelion promotes bile production that breaks down fats to produce energy and to support various metabolic functions in the body.

Bile removes waste products derived from red blood cells, and destroys harmful microbes found in digested food. Dandelion is also a diuretic and forces urination to flush waste from the kidneys.

It stimulates to liver’s production of bile to process and clean toxin containing fat, and stimulates the bowels to remove lingering waste that would release toxins and pathogens back into the blood.
