My visit to Jamaica was amazing. The land is so vibrant and so full of life and the people are a reflection of that. My visit there made it clear to me that natural organic foods are the foundation for healthy living, and healthy fit bodies. I noticed that in general the people there are general slimmer than people here in the States, and people who live in the country are generally slimmer than people in the cities. I think this is because people in the country eat less processed foods, and they don’t have to go any further than their backyards to pick organic ackee, oranges, tangerines, coconuts, yam, bananas, casava, soursop, sweetsop, mangoes, etc. The weather is lovely, the ocean waters are absolutely breath taking, and the pace is much slower. These are all recipes for good health. I have taken pictures and video for you to enjoy.

OK, this was a cliff jump gone wrong. I was attempting to do a somersault, but only did a part-sault, LOL. On the bright side look at what is awaiting me, nice warm aqua blue waters.
