Exercise plays a key role in supporting healthy living, which could be in the form of walking or power-walking everyday, jumping rope, to more strenuous workouts like the boxing I do.
Ideally we should get most of our calories from fruits and vegetables because they supply us with quick energy, and are loaded with a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients that strengthen our organs, alkalize our bodies, and fight disease.
