Grinding Dr. Sebi Herbs

I show in the video above how easy and quick it is to grind hard wood chips, roots, and bark.

I demonstrated how to quickly grind some of the herbs used in the Dr. Sebi methodology.

The herbs included Santa Maria, yellow dock, quassia chips/hombre grande, hydrangea root, sarsaparilla root, and cascara sagrada bark.

Unfortunately the automatic continuous Hammer Mill Herb pulverizing grinder did not come with assembly instructions. I did figure out how to assembly it.

Grinding Herbs With The Automatic Continuous Hammer Mill Herb Pulverizing Grinder

I recently purchased a Hammer Mill pulverizing herbal grinder to grind branches and roots of herbal plants.

I have been using a heavy duty blade grinder which works great for grinding dried leaves and flowers. The drawback with using these types of grinders is you can only safely grind for a minute.

You have to let the motor cool down or you run the risk of burning out the motor. You can safely grind for a minute and then stop grinding and let the motor cool down for a minute.

These types of grinders are great for grinding leaves, flowers, and even soft dry twigs.

It is more time consuming though when grinding harder twigs, branches, roots, and bark.
