Animated Video: An Alkaline Plant Based Diet Reverses Disease – Transcript:

(0:00) You need to break free of the patterns of thought and behavior of modern society that conditions (0:06) you to be overweight and sick. This is no longer a far-fetched idea. Your being overweight and sick (0:14) helps to support and drive economies.
In many societies keeping people overweight and sick (0:20) provides numerous jobs in the health and pharmaceutical industry and is a major
(0:25) contributor to wealth in societies. Many economies are designed to promote an illness-to-wealth cycle (0:32) by promoting the consumption of a western diet which is high in meat, dairy, and processed foods. (0:39) While the promotion of the consumption of meat, dairy, and processed foods helps to drive economies
(0:45) and provide wealth to many people, the focus away from consuming a plant-based diet undermines your (0:52) health and the healthy expression of your DNA.
Under economic systems that focus on monetary gain (0:58) before the health of their people, people’s humanity gets overlooked and people get reduced
(1:05) to a thing or commodity that is used to generate wealth. People are being conditioned and reduced (1:11) to being overweight and sickly people and that is becoming the accepted norm. People were designed to (1:18) be healthy but there is less money to be made than everyone was healthy.
Societies have been (1:24) engineered to condition people to make and accept unhealthy lifestyle choices and overlook natural (1:32) law that was designed to promote health and vitality. You are bombarded with marketing and (1:38) advertising messages that make unhealthy choices the dominant message. Protein is the most important (1:44) nutrient.
Meat is the best source of protein. If you eat only plants, where are you going to (1:51) get your protein? You need to drink milk to have healthy bones. There are only fast food places (1:57) around here.
These messages and institutions do not support the healthy expression of your DNA.
(2:04) DNA is the material in cells that gives cells instructions on how to develop and how to perform (2:10) their functions. The intelligent order that permeates everything in life designed your DNA (2:16) to express itself as a healthy body when it is fed predominantly a plant-based diet.
Your body (2:23) most effectively achieves homeostasis when you saturate it with a natural ratio of minerals, (2:29) nutrients, fiber, and phytonutrients found in plants. Homeostasis is the state where all the (2:36) organs and functions in the body operate at their peak efficiency. The western diet saturates your (2:42) body in animal protein and fat, growth hormones, and pathogens and toxins.
These compounds are far (2:49) into the body and attack cell health during digestion and cause the destruction and premature (2:55) aging of your body. Unfortunately, as people evolve through time, you can mutate DNA and interfere with (3:02) its original programming. Thankfully though, your DNA was designed to express itself as a healthy body (3:09) when fed healthy foods.
The composition of natural plant foods fills in the gaps in cells (3:15) left by faulty DNA instruction and supports proper operation of cells. My name is Aqiyl Aniys (3:22) and I am the director of the plant-based nutrition website naturallifeenergy.com (3:27) and the author of the plant-based nutrition books Alkaline Plant Based Diet and Alkaline Herbal Medicine. (3:34) I am very thankful I was able to break free of a greed-driven programming that went against the (3:39) natural programming of my DNA.
Through eating a plant-based diet based on natural plant foods, (3:45) I was able to lose unhealthy fat and regain my health and vitality even though I am a middle-aged (3:51) person. My journey to understand how I fit into the world around me led me to attain a bachelor’s (3:58) degree in organizational behavior and communication from New York University. My degree gave me the (4:04) tools to understand how people are consciously and unconsciously enculturated, which basically (4:09) means how people are taught to behave within a given society.
People learn this behavior from (4:14) their families and the environment they live in and often the enculturation process reinforces (4:20) unhealthy behavior. I also studied Social Work at NYU and taught elementary school, which offered (4:27) me more insight into the enculturation process. To round off my formal education, I attained a (4:33) plant-based certificate through Cornell University’s T. Colin Campbell Nutritional Studies eCornell (4:39) program.
The program helped me to stick to a plant-based diet because it helped remove the (4:45) focus from me and made me realize how my diet choices had an even greater impact on the health (4:51) of the earth and my spirituality. I started on my plant-based health journey because my heavy (4:57) reliance on meat, dairy, and processed foods throughout my life made me overweight, supported (5:03) my nagging health issues, clouded my mind and interfered with my ability to think clearly, (5:08) undermined my emotional stability, and aged my body far quicker than was programmed in my DNA. (5:16) As a middle-aged man, I now have reclaimed my youth and vitality by adopting a plant-based diet (5:22) based on Dr. Sebi’s methodology.
I am now able to fully enjoy my body, giving me the opportunity (5:28) to pursue amazing things. I was blessed to find Dr. Sebi’s healing methodology, (5:33) the African Biomineral Balance, which removed disease from my body. Though the term contains (5:39) the word African, the methodology is healing for everyone and addresses the healthy expression (5:44) of the African genome that is the foundation for everyone’s DNA.
The methodology supports the use (5:51) of an alkaline plant-based diet to heal all the cells of the body by saturating the body with (5:56) minerals, fiber, nutrients, and phytonutrients of alkaline plant foods that remove acidity, (6:02) excess mucus, and inflammation. Acidic compounds from meat, dairy, and processed food in the bloodstream (6:10) supports the proliferation of disease by paralyzing white blood cells and suppressing (6:15) the immune system. Consuming acidic foods trigger various reactions in the body that in total (6:21) reduce excess mucus and inflammation that compromises the organ’s protective barriers (6:27) and allows pathogens and toxins to compromise their function.
The African Biomineral Balance (6:33) methodology removes many foods that you were accustomed to eating and that you thought were (6:38) supportive of health, so it requires change and discipline to pursue this way of life. (6:44) There is no way around being disciplined. Some things are good for your health and some things (6:49) are bad.
Being healthy involves a lifestyle change and there is no magic bullet for truly becoming (6:55) healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. Though change can seem unattainable, it is attainable (7:02) and education and consistent work is the key to change. The situation is not hopeless and you are (7:08) not destined to be overweight and physically and mentally sick.
It is your choice. It takes (7:14) education to change and the understanding gained from becoming educated motivates change. I have (7:21) pointed you in the direction of three supportive resources to assist you in stripping unhealthy (7:27) fat from your body and in attaining a healthy physical body, mental clarity, and emotional (7:34) stability.
The foundation is the Dr. Sebi Nutritional Guide. Dr. Sebi put together the (7:40) guide with the most health-supporting foods. The food list avoids highly hybridized, starch-heavy, (7:46) acidic foods.
I have written two books that can help you in understanding and applying the (7:52) benefits of a plant-based diet and plant herbs. My book, The Guide Awakening Diet, covers many (7:57) aspects of a plant-based diet that many people have concerns about that include topics like (8:02) what about protein? Are carbohydrates bad for me? Should I avoid sugar? Can I get all the nutrients (8:09) I need from a plant-based diet? When am I going to be able to eat? Another very important aspect (8:15) of the book is it covers the impact meat-centered diets have on the proliferation of disease and the (8:22) destruction of health of the planet and the life that exists on it. My second book, Alkaline Herbal (8:28) Medicine, covers how natural plant foods support the healthy expression of our DNA.
I also cover (8:35) the herbs used to reverse disease in Dr. Sebi’s methodology, their scientifically supported (8:40) properties, and how to use the herbs. You can find more information about the Dr. Sebi Nutritional (8:46) Guide and my books by visiting the links displayed in this video or by visiting the links displayed (8:53) below the video on the homepage of NaturalLifeEnergy.com. Visit NaturalLifeEnergy.com (8:59) to find over a thousand pages of health-supporting information concerning an alkaline plant-based (9:06) diet and the reversal of various diseases like obesity and high blood pressure. You have the (9:13) tools to take control of your health and life.
Now it is up to you to use them. Peace and blessings be with you.
