Why The Heck Did I Become A Vegan
Becoming A Vegan Was The Furthest Thing From My Mind
I never thought I would become a vegan. I didn’t think it would benefit me, and I thought it would be too hard. I also loved eating fish too much and never thought the day would come when I would stop eating it. I became a vegan on a fluke.
Before I became a vegan I was a pescatarian, and ate fish and some dairy. I actually cut out eating other meats in stages before I became a pescatarian because it made me feel better. I cut out pork, then beef, and then poultry. I was a good ole fish eater and I was content with that, or so I thought.
One day a person from one of the health groups I am in sent me a video claiming that the herbalist Dr. Sebi cured a now deceased R&B artist Left Eye Lopez of herpes. Of course I was skeptical, because there is not supposed to be a cure for herpes.
I am an inquisitive person and researcher so I put away my skepticism and started to do some research. I then found out he claimed to cure other diseases like diabetes. I did have to continue to be patient, because the claims were getting very big.
I am glad I did have patience because what I found out about his methods has re-energized my life. The basis of his methodology is to alkalize the body by eating a plant based vegan diet, and to remove mucus from the diet. You can find the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide here to start you on you way.
Take a look at the video and you will come to see and understand my vegan diet journey and the benefits I have gotten from it.
(Note: This is a dated video and I made a comment about using Himalayan Salt. Please use sea salt as it is the recommended salt on the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide.
