Exotic Chocolate Milk – Vegan Recipe

Many people count chocolate milk among the former guilty pleasures not to be enjoyed after adopting a plant-based life style. However, study after study credit minimally processed dark chocolate to being highly beneficial for anti-infammatory and anti-oxidant properties. High in flavonoids and rich in natural anti-oxidants, this recipe reclaims chocolate milk for the health enthusiast as well as the kid in you.
Note: I had a chance to make this recipe and I loved it. I used 1 banana instead of two to make it turn out like a milk. Using two bananas makes it turn out more like a smoothie. It is your choice, milk or smoothie (smile).
