Tamarind Sodium Fluoride Detox – Clear The Mind And Pineal Gland
A study has shown promising results that tamarind consumption can serve as a natural sodium fluoride detox.[1] Having access to a natural fluoride detox is vitally important because numerous studies have indicated excessive sodium fluoride consumption is harmful to the brain.
The chances of over-exposure is great because sodium fluoride is added to the U.S. public water and also most of the toothpaste sold contains sodium fluoride. Our bodies are overwhelmed with sodium fluoride and it has more of a negative effect on the brain than most probably realize.
Sodium Fluoride Is Harmful To The Brain
Sodium fluoride is a toxin used in rat poison but proponents of adding it to drinking water indicate that the trace amounts of sodium fluoride in drinking water are not harmful.
The thing is sodium fluoride accumulates in the body and brain so even though drinking glasses of water in isolation doesn’t pose a threat individually, the accumulation of sodium fluoride does.
It is undisputed that high levels of sodium fluoride consumption does cause neurological damage. Harvard researchers had questions whether sodium fluoride in the drinking water was toxic to the developing human brain, and they developed a study to answer their question.[2][3]
The study found that “children in high-fluoride areas had significantly lower IQ scores than those who lived in low-fluoride areas,” supporting the adverse effect of high sodium fluoride exposure on children’s neurodevelopment.”
Tamarind Protects Against Sodium Fluoride Poisoning
We can address the issue with a tamarind, and this study has shown tamarind to be a promising natural sodium fluoride detox.[1]
“While 4-week exposure to fluoride elevated plasma glucose and lipid profiles, simulating diabetic and hyperlipidaemic conditions, the antioxidant defence mechanisms of fluoride-exposed rats were compromised, with elevation and decline in lipid peroxidation and high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol, respectively.”
The study showed the consumption of tamarind leaves resulted in the reversal of the fluoride induced symptoms.
“…significant improvements in carbohydrate and lipid profiles occurred as evidenced by decreased plasma glucose and lipid levels, lipid peroxidation, increased hepatic glycogen content, hexokinase activity and cholesterol excretion, with simultaneous improvement in antioxidant profiles of both hepatic and renal tissues.”
The study Effect of Tamarind Ingestion on Fluoride Excretion in Humans[4] also showed the consumption of tamarind significantly increased the excretion of fluoride in urine.
Sodium Fluoride And The Pineal Gland
High concentrations of sodium fluoride in the body is of special concern for pineal gland health. Sodium fluoride accumulation is at its highest in the pineal gland.
The pineal gland is located between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, and sodium fluoride causes its calcification.
The pineal gland is responsible for the production of melatonin, maintains the body’s sleep-wake cycle, helps control the timing and release of female reproductive hormones, and is an antioxidant that protects the body from cell damage and aging caused by free radicals.[5]
National Research Council has stated that “fluoride is likely to cause decreased melatonin production and to have other effects on normal pineal gland function, which in turn could contribute to a variety of effects in humans.”[6]
You can receive tamarind’s protection against fluoride poisoning by eating its pulp, or by making a tamarind fluoride detox tea or juice.
Difference Between Sodium Fluoride and Calcium Fluoride
Sodium Fluoride is a man-made compound that is poisonous to the body. Calcium fluoride is a naturally occurring compound found in the soil and in natural water sources like spring water and lakes.
Calcium fluoride is not poisonous. Industry has promoted the use of the term “fluoride” to refer to the unnatural chemical sodium fluoride it adds to municipal drinking water and to tooth paste.
So the word “fluoride” has become synonymous with poison, when it is only the man-made sodium fluoride that is poisonous. Calcium fluoride is not poisonous.
