I decided to record my 10 round boxing workout today. I work different things every round.
I am always pushing my cardio by keeping in constant movement.
I record my workouts to dispel the myth that vegans are weak.
At 46, my plant based diet has strengthened my health, energy, and stamina. It has removed excess and unneeded fat and weight and has left me with lean muscle.
I had technical difficulties and mistakenly did not record round 8.
Round 1: This round I am working on my jab.
