Want To Make Your Child Obese? Do This
Humans are the only species that drink milk after infancy. We are the only species that unnaturally consume the milk of other species, but I’m not one to talk about that. Well maybe I am?
Cow’s milk is naturally formulated to make calfs grow at a very fast rate, and just because calfs were designed to grow at this rate doesn’t mean human’s were designed to grow and this rate.
I hope it is safe to assume that breast milk of women was designed to feed their children? I am just asking because maybe the obvious is really not obvious.
It would seem that infants were genetically predisposed to drink and assimilate the compounds in their mother’s breast milk.
I would also guess that even though a women’s breast milk looks similar to cow’s milk that it was likely different. I don’t know, I am just asking?
Well Dr. Greger pointed out that the components in mother’s breast milk and cow’s milk are very different. Cow’s milk was designed to make calfs put on 2lbs a day and grow at a rate that was forty times that of human infants.
What that means is infants are being fed cow’s milk which does not fit into their genetic and biology makeup, and causes them to grow at rates they weren’t biologically designed to grow at.
The concept is the excessive protein and growth hormones in cow’s milk triggers mechanisms in infants that promotes obesity in children later in life.
This doesn’t only effect their weight but also the development of their organs and their hormonal state of being. This study[1] supports that greater milk consumption is associated with increased risk of premature puberty in females.
The protein content of women is the lowest among all mammals and nature designed the process like this purposely.
