Spelt And Amaranth Flatbread With Avocado Spread And Stewed Chickpeas Recipe

I intend on starting a vegetable juice, fruit smoothie, and herbal detox tomorrow for 1 to 2 weeks. I thought I would go a little crazy today and throw together a combination of foods on a flatbread.

Chickpeas stewed with coconut oil, water, green peppers, thyme, scotch bonnet pepper, onions, scallions

Mushrooms sautéed in coconut oil and cajun spice

Sliced mushrooms

Whole mushrooms

Sliced romaine lettuce, sliced plum tomatoes on spelt/amaranth flatbread

Avocado spread: 1/2 avocado, dash of sea salt, dash of cayenne pepper

Flat bread: 3/4 cup spelt powder, 1/4 cup amaranth powder, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp Pink sea salt, 1 tsp coriander, 1/2 cumin, 1 tbsp coconut oil
