Divine Veggie Mama’s Day Of Eating Recipe Based On The Dr. Sebi Food List
Divine Veggie Mama takes us on a tour of the foods she eats throughout a day, using the foods on the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide. Jeanette Ayala started off her day with a vegetable juice, and she drinks this juice first thing in the morning to get her shot of nutrients.
Jeanette Ayala uses the foods recommended by Dr. Sebi because they are highly alkalizing and have chemical affinity with the body to support homeostasis. The body works to keep the blood and fluids at a 7.4pH which supports the immune system.
An acidic body paralyzes the immune system’s white blood cells, which stops them from doing their job of seeking and destroying pathogens and toxins. The consumption of acidic foods introduce large amounts of hydrogen into the bloodstream which interferes with the proper delivery of oxygen and oxygenation of cells.
The cells of the body need oxygen to perform the metabolic processes and the lack of oxygen leads to the organs becoming fatigued and susceptible to disease.
