A “Banana Strawberry Date Energy Drink” – Vegan Recipe

This drink has a favorite of mine for my lunch, and I like to drink it before and sometimes after workouts. The “Banana Strawberry Date Energy Drink” is high in:
1. Simple carbohydrates which quickly convert to energy
2. Fiber
3. Electrolytes to support muscle function: potassium, phosphorus, and sodium
4. Vitamin B6, vitamin C, manganese it also contains a wide range of other vitamins and minerals
Oh, it also tastes pretty good.
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 5 Dates
- 3 Strawberries
- 2 cups Water
Directions
- Step 1: Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend. Enjoy
