About That Life’s Instructions For Preparing Dr. Sebi’s Eye Wash
BeAboutThat Life2015 gives us a demonstration of how he prepared Dr. Sebi’s Eye Wash. I am thankful I ran into his Youtube channel because I hadn’t used any herbs to eternally cleanse and strengthen my eyes.
My eyesight has improved since I adopted a plant-based diet and have taken herbs internally to repair my damaged cells, but I hadn’t used an herbal eyewash to strengthen my eyes.
I found Dr. Sebi’s eyewash product to be interesting and I researched the herb he used in his product and it has been used in traditional medicine to strengthen for thousands of years to try illnesses of the eye.
BeAboutThat Life2015 decided to put together a video tutorial because he felt the instructions on the package were vague and his experience performing the eyewash could be helpful to others who purchased the eyewash but might have had problems implementing and performing the eyewash.
Items needed:
- 8 ounces of distilled water
- Small pot to boil the water
- 1/2 teaspoon of the Dr. Sebi Eye Wash
- 1 small strainer
- Cheesecloth to fit in strainer
- Eye wash cup
- 2 empty cups/mugs
- Container to store the eye wash
Instructions:
- Bring 8 ounces of distilled water to a boil in a pot
- Pour boiling water into a cup/mug
- Pour 1/2 teaspoon of the Dr. Sebi Eye Wash into the boiled water and let it seep for at least 15 minutes
- Place the cheesecloth in the small strainer. Without the cheesecloth you may have to filer the water several times to remove all all the particles
- Place the strainer over the second empty cup and pour the water and eye wash herbs through the strainer into the cup to filter out the particles
- Once the particles of herbs are strained from the water, pour the water into your storage container
- When ready, pour the eye wash into the eye wash cup
- Place the eye wash cup over the eye you want to clean
- Tilt your head back a little so the wash covers the entire eye
- For 20 seconds rotate your eye right to left and up and down
- After you are done cleaning on eye discard the eye wash and refill the eye wash cup and then clean the second eye
- The instructions call for cleansing the eyes twice a day
