Paco757’s transition to eating a mostly whole food plant-based diet based on the Dr Sebi food list and taking Dr. Sebi’s herbal products made a positive impact on his health and energy.

Paco757 was concerned about what he would not be able to switch to a vegan diet because he was a picky eater.

He wasn’t sure about eating some foods that were on the food list like okra and zucchini, which would limit the food he would eat from the list that was already limited. The food list is purposely restrictive and avoids some commonly eaten plant foods because they are hybrid foods.

The consumption of hybrid foods is avoided because the idea is the hybridization of plants changes their original genetic structure and chemical affinity with the body.

Chemical affinity means the body naturally recognizes all of the compounds in the plants and digests it fully without making any digestive byproducts that compromise homeostasis in the body.

He also had concerns about losing too much weight and wanted to make sure he was able to eat plenty of food. Since he works out a lot he was concerned about getting enough protein and so he ate a lot of hemp powder.

He wasn’t sure if hemp powder was okay to eat because it wasn’t on the food list at the time. Since then hemp has been added to the food list and is a good source of protein.

In the morning Paco757 would make a blender full of fruits and 2-3 scoops of hemp powder which would leave him feeling full. In the evening he would make quinoa and even kamut pancakes. Learn more from the video »
