Dr. Jane Goodall Helped Expose GMO Dangers In Book Altered Genes & Twisted Truth

Well-known primatologist, ethologist, and anthropologist Dr. Jane Goodall has been no stranger speaking out against GMOs. She is part of the list of scientists and activists bringing awareness to the dangers they present. Goodall has called for a complete ban of GMOs on her website, and has strongly petitioned citizens worldwide to boycott them.

Goodall is now throwing her weight and influence in the corner in support of Steven M. Druker and his new book. Druker is the Executive Director at the Alliance for Bio-Integrity

It’s always great to see someone with such a wide reach raise their voice about important and controversial issues. This time,  Goodall’s support comes in the form of praise for a new book written by Steven M. Druker, J.D, who is the Executive Director at the Alliance for Bio-Integrity.

The book is titled “Altered Genes, Twisted Truth: How the Venture to Genetically Engineer Our Food Has Subverted Science, Corrupted Government, and Systematically Deceived the Public.”

Goodall provided the forward for “Altered Genes, Twisted Truth: How the Venture to Genetically Engineer Our Food Has Subverted Science, Corrupted Government, and Systematically Deceived the Public,” and it expresses the concern over misinformation that is being strategically used to promote the use of GMOs.

“As part of the process, they portrayed the various concerns as merely the ignorant opinions of misinformed individuals – and derided them as not only unscientific, but anti-science. They then set to work to convince the public and government officials, through the dissemination of false information, that there was an overwhelming expert consensus, based on solid evidence, that GMOs were safe.”^[1]

The book addresses how scientists and organizations unscrupulously manipulate data to push forward the GMO agenda.

Altered Genes, Twisted Truth provides a graphic account of how this elaborate fraud was crafted and how it not only deceived the general public, but Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Barack Obama and a host of other astute and influential individuals as well. The book also exposes how the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was induced to become a key accomplice and how it has broken the law and repeatedly lied in order to usher genetically engineered foods onto the market without the safety testing that’s required by federal statute. As a result, for fifteen years America’s families have been regularly ingesting a group of novel products that the FDA’s own scientific staff had previously determined to be unduly hazardous to human health.”^[2]
