I know we have all been scared of the word sugar when it comes to food, but it is processed sugars like high fructose corn sugar we need to be concerned with and not natural sugar in fruit.

Medjool dates are high in fiber which regulate the digestion of the sugar to control spiking the blood sugar level. Medjool dates are also high in potassium and magnesium, which supports muscle function. The combination of energy and muscle support make dates a great workout preparation and recovery food.

Medjool dates nutrition makes adding medjool dates to my plant based diet a “no-brainer” in supporting my healthy living.
